D.I.Y. Mason Jar Madness

Happy Tuesday Everyone! Last weekend I went to a women's retreat with my church and my very creative friend Marcy Nelson had this adorable idea to use mason jars as our cups for the weekend. Since   we hadn't meet everyone yet she wanted to show everyone's names without name tags. So she used cardboard and punched a hole for some string to go through; then tied a bow around each mason jar to display our names. She also added an adorable little touch of gray striped straws to everyone's drink. What a fun way to get to know each! Plus after the weekend was over we all got to take our jars home for a keepsake.

     To go along with the theme of mason jars I found this Weatherford, Texas wedding. For the bride's seating chart she drew mason jars with everyone's names on them and just like our mason jars had string attached to each jar with a little tag of their table number.
